Fair Continues Historic Career

Former Syracuse point guard Dyaisha Fair has been selected with the No. 16 overall pick by the Las Vegas Aces in the 2024 WNBA Draft. The Aces announced the selection on Monday, April 16, 2024.

Fair, a 5-foot-11 guard, played college basketball at Syracuse University, where she quickly became one of the most decorated players in program history. She is Syracuse's all-time leader in assists and steals, and her 1,894 career points rank third all-time for the Orange.

In her final season at Syracuse, Fair averaged 18.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game. She was named the ACC Player of the Year and was a finalist for the Naismith Trophy, which is awarded to the nation's top women's college basketball player.
